Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail banking experience is common, typically <4 years.
• Familiarity with digital banking tools and self-service options.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to offer counsel.
• Identify client needs and present suitable deposit and loan solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service channels to enhance experience.
