Job summary

U.S. Bank in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, delivering trusted counsel and a digital-first experience.

You will assess financial needs, explain deposit and loan products, and tailor solutions to each client’s goals. You will build client relationships through proactive outreach, open new accounts, process service requests and credit applications, and collaborate with the branch team to serve clients

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products and services.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
