Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker in Los Angeles to engage customers through in-person, by appointment, and digital channels, delivering trusted financial guidance and assisting with account openings and service requests.

You will develop relationships by understanding customers’ needs, recommend suitable deposits and loans, and partner with branch teams to provide an exceptional, compliant, digital-first experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Proactively educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs.
