Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engages with clients to assess financial needs and provide suitable deposit/loan options.
• Opens consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service tools to enhance the client experience.
• Collaborates with branch teammates to serve clients accurately and efficiently.
