You will assess banking needs, open new accounts, and educate clients on digital products and services to provide a thoughtful, efficient customer experience. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests and submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to meet their financial needs.
• Collaborate with branch team members to best serve clients and ensure operational excellence.
