You will open new accounts, process transactions, educate clients on digital tools, and partner with branch colleagues to meet each client’s goals while maintaining strong regulatory and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than four years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• NMLS registration is required under SAFÉ Act provisions.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process basic transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking products and self-service tools.
• Identify solutions by understanding customers' goals and needs.
• Collaborate with branch team to serve clients with operational excellence.
