Job summary

You will open new accounts, process requests, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver accurate service. This role requires NMLS registration and a background/credit check; prior banking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of related banking experience or training.
• Proactive outreach to build relationships with clients.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service tools.
• Ability to identify customer needs and offer digital-first solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach.

• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
