Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, appointment, and digital channels, delivering personalized financial guidance and promoting deposit and loan products.

You will build trusted client relationships, assess banking needs, and process account information with accuracy. You will open new consumer and business accounts, educate clients on digital self-service tools, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver excellent service while complying with NMLS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 3–4 years of job-related retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Basic knowledge of bank policies and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster client relationships across in-person, appointment, and digital channels.
• Assess customer needs and educate clients on deposit and loan products.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
