Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five or more years of job-related retail banking experience.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to identify a customer’s true needs and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposits, loans, and digital products to meet financial goals.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients effectively.
• Submit credit applications and ensure accurate client information.
