Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically has less than four years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies client needs and offers appropriate banking solutions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service tools to meet financial needs.
