Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients.
• Experience with using and describing digital banking products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through proactive outreach across channels.
• Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their financial needs.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and services to meet their needs.
