Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker who will engage customers in person, by appointment, and through digital channels to offer trusted financial guidance and tailored solutions. You will develop client relationships, identify banking needs, and educate customers on available products and services.

You will open new accounts, process requests, and partner with colleagues to deliver an exceptional client experience while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail banking and customer service preferred.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital and self-service products to meet financial goals.
