Job summary

U.S. Bank in Bend, Oregon seeks a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess needs, educate on deposit and loan products, and process accounts with a digital-first mindset to deliver excellent client experiences.

You will open consumer and business accounts, handle service requests, and collaborate with branch teams while staying compliant with NMLS requirements and regulatory checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• NMLS registration required; background and credit checks performed.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across channels to provide banking counsel.
• Assess and address customers' banking needs with a digital-first approach.
• Open accounts, process service requests, and submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service options.
• Maintain knowledge of retail products and internal policies to ensure accuracy.
