Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to build relationships with customers through in-person, appointments, and virtual channels, educating clients on bank products and services. You will identify financial needs, process accounts, and advocate a digital-first approach to enhance the client experience.

The role requires NMLS registration and a background/credit check. Strong communication and proactive outreach are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 3–4 years of retail banking experience or similar training.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster client relationships through multiple channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital services.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ensure accurate completion of credit applications and adherence to policies.
