Job summary

U.S. Bank is recruiting a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess banking needs, open accounts, process requests, and educate clients on digital products while delivering an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities include proactive outreach, collaborating with branch teams, and leveraging digital tools to meet customers’ goals within NMLS requirements and banking policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by engaging with clients.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on emerging digital products and self-service services to meet their needs.
