Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 3–4 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach across multiple channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and digital self-service tools.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to deliver excellent client experiences.
