Job summary

U.S. Bank in the United States is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to build trusted relationships with customers across in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels, delivering thoughtful financial guidance with a digital-first mindset.

You will educate clients on deposit and loan products, open new consumer and business accounts, process service requests, and advise on digital self-service tools to meet each customer’s goals while upholding regulatory and security standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–4 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training is typical.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and communicate effectively.
