Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker who will build strong client relationships across in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels.

The role emphasizes trust, needs assessment, and guiding clients through deposit and loan products with a digital-first mindset. Essential duties include opening accounts, processing requests, and educating clients on digital services while collaborating with branch teammates to provide excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on emerging digital products and self-service technologies to meet financial needs.
