Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• < 4 years retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to identify customer needs while leveraging a digital-first mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to make appropriate recommendations meeting customer needs reactively and proactively.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Provide counseling and educate clients on deposit and loan products and services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Submit credit applications and support digital and self-service banking.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to serve clients efficiently.
• Educate clients on emerging digital products and self-service options.
