Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Digital Engagement Lead in the United States to drive local adoption of Bayer’s digital farming solutions, including FieldView and related platforms. You will collaborate with Climate FieldView, New Business Models teams, and local sales to hit digital platform targets.

You will train dealers and Field Sales reps, develop use cases, and identify opportunities to expand digital revenue while ensuring on-farm compatibility of FieldView Drive and related hardware.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in agriculture or related field required.
Minimum 2 years of experience with digital agricultural platforms.
5 years of experience in agriculture and/or digital farming or related field.
Experience with FieldView and DMP software and hardware.

Responsibilities

Provide on-farm expertise for installation and troubleshooting of Bayer digital farming solutions.
Coach squad members to enhance digital acumen and drive digital revenue.
Identify transformative farmers and testing opportunities for new features and trials.
Train Field Sales Representatives and dealers on data-driven agronomic decision-making.
