Responsibilities

• Consults with staff to maintain technology elements at the location.
• Collaborates on technology purchases and allocation of resources.
• Communicates system changes, issues, and upcoming projects to staff.
• Owns incidents reported by staff and students and ensures timely resolution.
• Deploys, installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains technology equipment.
• Maintains inventory of equipment for buildings, students and staff.
• Performs system administration including user accounts and approved software.
• Implements emerging technologies and reports findings to leadership.
• Develops knowledge articles and technical documentation for users.
