Qualifications

• Associates degree or two years of equivalent experience in an Information Technology field.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience accepted.
• Certifications such as MCP, MCSA, ITILv4, HDI, A+, N+ preferred could be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Consults with staff to maintain technology elements at the location.
• Collaborates with staff for technology purchases and resource allocation.
• Communicates system changes and project updates to staff.
• Owns incidents reported by staff and students and ensures timely resolution.
• Deploys, installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains technology equipment and peripherals.
• Maintains accurate inventory of technology equipment assigned to buildings, students, and staff.
• Performs system administration including user account management and software installation.
• Implements emerging technologies and reports findings to leadership.
• Develops and maintains knowledge articles for students and staff.
