- 3–5 years of digital banking, fintech, product management, or related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital banking platforms, analytics, AI, and automation.
- Strong analytical, reporting, process improvement, project coordination, and vendor management skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize the complete digital member journey across channels.
- Lead digital analytics, dashboards, and executive performance reporting.
- Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure project alignment and accountability.
- Support AI, automation, and digital experience initiatives to improve member interactions.
- Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Risk, Marketing, and Operations to enhance onboarding.
