Nuvision Federal Credit Union is seeking a Digital Growth & Sales Specialist to drive digital business growth across online channels, focusing on member acquisition, product sales, funded accounts, loan production, and deposit growth. The role partners with Marketing, Branches, and Operations to design and execute campaigns, monitor digital funnels, and optimize onboarding.

• 3–5 years of experience in credit unions, banking, financial services, digital sales, product growth, marketing, business development, channel management, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience monitoring sales or production performance and recommending actions to improve results.
• Experience working with deposit, consumer lending, credit card, digital account opening, or online banking products.
• Understanding digital sales funnels, member acquisition, campaign performance, product adoption, and conversion.
• Knowledge of digital banking trends, fintech capabilities, AI-enabled engagement, and evolving member expectations.
• Strong sales, growth, analytical, communication, presentation, project coordination, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Experience in digital banking, digital account opening, digital lending, financial-services marketing, or digital product growth.
• Experience developing or executing campaigns that resulted in measurable sales, acquisition, or product-adoption growth.
• Experience with marketing automation, digital analytics, CRM, lead management, or campaign-management platforms.
• Experience evaluating fintech capabilities or working with digital banking vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Accelerate digital growth by increasing digitally originated member acquisition, product sales, funded accounts.
• Monitor digital deposits, cards, loans, HELOCs, and other online products for performance.
• Develop initiatives to boost application volume, funding, and channel adoption.
• Manage the digital account opening pending queue and SLAs, contacting applicants as needed.
• Analyze digital funnels and conversion trends to improve onboarding and growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Branches, and Operations to support enterprise growth.
• Translate performance data into actionable sales recommendations and executive summaries.
• Define business requirements and growth priorities for digital enhancements.
• Support AI-enabled sales and digital engagement initiatives.
