Job summary
Nuvision Federal Credit Union is seeking a Digital Growth & Sales Specialist to accelerate digital growth and expansion of online channels. You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Lending, and Analytics to design campaigns, optimize funnels, and improve onboarding efficiency while meeting SLAs.
You will monitor digital application performance, analyze user behavior, and translate insights into strategies that boost member acquisition, product adoption, and overall digital channel
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 3–5 years in credit unions, banking, financial services, digital sales, product growth, marketing, business development, or related field.
- Experience with deposit, lending, digital account opening, or online banking products.
- Understanding digital sales funnels, campaigns, and product adoption.
Responsibilities
- Drive digital growth and funded account growth across online channels.
- Monitor digital application funnels and conversion performance; identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing, Branches, Lending, Analytics, Operations, and other teams to implement initiatives.
- Prepare management-level summaries, business cases, and pilot recommendations for digital growth.
