Nuvision Federal Credit Union seeks a Digital Growth & Sales Specialist to drive growth across digital channels, increase member acquisition, and expand product adoption. The role partners with Marketing, Lending, Analytics, and Operations to optimize onboarding, improve funnel performance, and deliver funded accounts and loan growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in credit unions, banking, financial services, digital sales, product growth, marketing, business development, channel management, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience monitoring sales or production performance and recommending actions to improve results.
• Experience with deposit, consumer lending, credit card, digital account opening, or online banking products.
• Understanding digital sales funnels, member acquisition, campaign performance, product adoption, and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate Nuvision Credit Union's digital growth by increasing digitally originated member acquisition, product sales, funded accounts, loan production, deposit growth, and digital channel adoption.
• Monitor digital applications, account openings, and funding progression; engage applicants to resolve requirements and SLAs.
• Analyze digital funnels and performance to identify opportunities; collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Branches to improve onboarding and completion rates.
• Lead digital growth initiatives and campaigns with Marketing and business units to drive product adoption and member engagement.
• Prepare management-level summaries and strategic analyses related to digital growth and market opportunities.
