Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a Digital Experience Specialist II to deliver a seamless member experience across online and mobile channels from our Tustin, CA office in a hybrid schedule.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to translate user needs into wireframes, flows, and prototypes, maintain accessibility standards, and help drive improvements through data and testing, while guiding content and design decisions for a secure, usable member experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in user-centered design, user research, usability testing, and accessibility.
• Proficiency with UX tools, especially Figma.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating interaction and visual design.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a seamless member experience in online and mobile banking, ensuring ease of use and security.
• Works with marketing, product management and development to create digital solutions.
• Develops workflows, wireframes, user stories, and user journeys.
• Maintains accessibility standards and guides content creators and developers.
• Translates concepts into mockups and prototypes, identifies design problems and proposes solutions.
• Collaborates with branches and contact center to prep teams for new features.
