Qualifikationen
- 8+ years in digital banking, financial-services tech, or fintech operations.
- 5+ years in formal leadership, including people management and strategy execution.
- Experience with Online Banking, Mobile Banking, digital onboarding, and consumer loan applications.
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute the Digital Banking strategic plan, operating model, and roadmap.
- Own the direction and performance of online/mobile banking and onboarding experiences.
- Lead major Digital Banking projects, vendor selections, and platform optimizations.
- Establish department goals, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes; manage budget and resources.
- Foster cross-functional partnerships and ensure security, compliance, and quality standards.
