Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience required.
• 3-5 years of prior relevant experience required.
• Certification in user experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a seamless Member experience in our digital channels, ensuring they’re easy to use and understand, can help Members manage their finances, make them feel their information is safe and secure, and are tailored to their needs.
• Serves as the voice of the Member for experience in Online and Mobile Banking and collaborates with marketing, product management and development to create digital solutions.
• Sets and documents the vision for Member experience, serving as the Members’ advocate to ensure usefulness, desirability and satisfaction.
• Develops workflows, wireframes, user stories, and user journeys.
• Recognizes patterns and trends to identify Member/UX pain points.
• Facilitates service listening sessions with frontline teams to understand and solve pain points.
• Maintains accessibility standards and procedures, and trains developers, testers, content creators and executives.
• Helps develop the communication strategy for introducing new features to Members.
• Partners with branches on how to prepare the team for new features.
• Creates and manages timelines and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Works with stakeholders to gain approval of designs and content.
• Translates concepts and wireframes into mockups and prototypes for intuitive experiences.
• Identifies design problems and devises elegant solutions.
• Makes strategic design and user-experience decisions for core and new features.
• Maintains and disseminates design system and standards for high quality and consistency.
