Golden Careers is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Experience & Community in a hybrid role (Woodland Hills, CA) to drive brand discovery, social strategy, and creator programs. You’ll oversee PDP/storefront UX and organic interactions to build brand equity and direct sales across our DTC portfolio.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, performance marketing alignment, and a hands-on approach to campaign execution with a focus on growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, community building or e-commerce in DTC.
• Hands-on with social content calendars and scaling native social commerce channels.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel brand discovery and social strategy for Women’s Health & Beauty.
• Lead influencer/affiliate programs with ROI-focused metrics across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
