Golden Hippo is seeking an Associate Director of Digital Experience & Community to lead influencer programs, organic social growth, and the main storefront UX for its Women’s Health & Beauty brands.

You will manage high-volume creator collaborations, align with Growth Marketing, and ensure seamless integration of social content with storefront campaigns. Hybrid role based in Woodland Hills, CA.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 7-10 years of digital marketing, social media, community, or e‑commerce experience in DTC.
• Proven track record building sales-generating influencer programs on Instagram/TikTok.

Responsabilidades

• Lead influencer, ambassador, and affiliate programs across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Own organic social strategy, content calendars, and brand voice across major platforms.
• Oversee main storefront UX, PDP optimization, navigation, and cart strategy.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Brand, and Video Production to align campaigns with CAC targets.
