Golden Careers seeks an Associate Director of Digital Experience & Community to drive influencer programs, social growth, and storefront UX across its DTC brands. The role blends strategy with hands-on execution to scale direct revenue and brand equity.

You will manage cross-functional teams, optimize conversion, and align with growth and brand leadership to maximize ROI in a hybrid Woodland Hills setting.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building sales-generating influencer programs.
• Experience managing social commerce on IG/TikTok and creator partnerships.
• Strong CRO knowledge for storefront optimization and analytics.
• Hands-on with campaign execution and team leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead influencer, ambassador, and affiliate programs across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok to drive revenue.
• Own organic social strategy and community growth across major platforms.
• Oversee main storefront UX, PDP optimization, navigation, and cart upsells.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Brand teams to align campaigns with CAC targets and calendars.
