Job summary

WITHIN is seeking a Digital Associate Director to lead a global digital marketing practice from our New York City office. You will own paid media strategy, execution quality, and client outcomes, while developing a high-performing team across offices.

You’ll partner with strategy, analytics, and creative teams to drive integrated campaigns and scale programs, maintaining a profit-minded, client-first approach.

Qualifications

• 6–7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with deep expertise across paid media channels.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; additional platforms strongly preferred.
• Agency experience highly preferred, including managing multiple clients and priorities.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a managerial or director-level capacity.
• Practical experience applying AI tools within media planning, execution, or reporting workflows.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a performance-driven mindset.
• Exceptional client leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Willingness to occasionally work outside standard hours to collaborate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of cross-functional managers, digital media buyers, and strategists across multiple offices globally.
• Own the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing initiatives across channels (paid social, search, display, video).
• Partner with leadership on staffing, hiring, onboarding, and resource planning.
• Translate business objectives into scalable, measurable digital media strategies.
• Provide senior client partnership, build long-term relationships based on trust and value.
• Support sales efforts through strategy development, scoping, and pitches as needed.
