Golden Hippo in California is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Experience & Community to drive the organic storefront experience and creator programs across our DTC brands. You will own top‑of‑funnel brand discovery, influencer partnerships, and social strategy, delivering measurable revenue from direct channels.

You’ll lead ROI‑driven influencer initiatives, mentor the Social Media team, and ensure seamless integration between organic content, storefront UX, and promotional campaigns.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 7–10 years in digital marketing, social media strategy, or e‑commerce in a DTC setting.
• Proven track record building influencer and affiliate programs on Instagram and TikTok.
• Familiar with storefronts, CRO, and web analytics; strong cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience managing direct reports and partnerships with agencies or teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ROI‑driven influencer and affiliate programs across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Implement performance‑based payouts, promo codes, and affiliate links.
• Govern social commerce channels and creator whitelisting/Spark Ads.
• Direct content capture around campaigns and coordinate with Creative Team.
• Align creator campaigns with paid media, CAC targets, and email/SMS calendars.
