Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized coaching and small-group instruction on basic digital skills.
• Assess clients' device access, connectivity, and goals; document findings.
• Create learning plans reflecting client goals while maintaining confidentiality.
• Assist clients in accessing low-cost internet, devices, and repairs.
• Deliver services in person or remotely and rotate across partner sites.
• Design and deliver basic digital literacy workshops in community settings.
• Engage with partners, respond to referrals, and promote the initiative.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes.
• Support program logistics, materials, and community engagement activities.
