Responsibilities

• Assist clients in accessing low-cost internet, devices, and device repair resources.
• Deliver basic digital literacy workshops; create visual aids and reference materials.
• Conduct outreach and engagement with community organizations and referral partners.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress; report trends to supervisor.
