Job summary

Role averages 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, based in the NANA Village Office. The program emphasizes shareholder hire preference and requires strong communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service or related experience.
• Ability to learn digital inclusion resources and new technology quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Initiate interactions with clients seeking assistance.
• Assess clients' connectivity needs and digital skill levels.
• Advise on free or low-cost home internet options and help apply.
• Provide information on affordable devices and repair options.
• Coach clients to use internet services to meet goals.
• Maintain records and report outcomes.
• Plan and manage client assistance to meet agreed goals.
• Contribute to marketing and outreach for the program.
• Give occasional presentations to partners and stakeholders.
• Other duties as needed.
