Qualifications

• Experience helping customers in a digital/electronic format.

• Excellent professional written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member needs via electronic channels including online banking messages and emails.
• Answer questions about credit union products and services (bill pay, home banking, mobile deposits).
• Provide technical support to members using PCs, browsers and mobile devices.
• Offer products and services aligned with member goals to enhance financial wellness.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow core processes and policies including BSA requirements.
• Collaborate with team to ensure superior member experience and meet goals.
