Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a content/web specialist to manage and publish content across our enterprise WordPress sites. You will collaborate with the UX team to ensure accessible, SEO-friendly pages, while following brand standards and CMS policies.

You’ll track progress in Jira, support production deployments, and help identify online initiatives to improve conversions and user experience. You should have 2-5 years in a similar role, with WordPress experience, HTML/CSS, Google

Qualifications

• CMS experience essential, ideally WordPress in an enterprise environment.
• Advanced HTML, CSS knowledge and web usability practices.
• Familiar with SEO and accessibility best practices.
• Experience with Jira for workflow management.
• CRM experience such as Pardot would be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Publish and maintain content across multiple websites using WordPress CMS.
• Ensure changes are delivered with brand standards, templates and approvals.
• Collaborate with UX to optimize content for accessibility and SEO.
• Track progress in Jira and manage daily schedule effectively.
• Support strategic updates and publish pages to production once approved.
• Identify online initiatives to improve site conversion and customer experience.
• Work with technology to troubleshoot CMS issues and improve functionality.
• Use analytics to enhance user journeys on global sites.
