Job summary

Fueled is seeking a Lead UX Designer to own end-to-end UX across client engagements. You will translate ambiguous business goals into clear user journeys, collaborating with UX, design, and engineering to define scope and priorities.

You will leverage CMS experience—WordPress strongly preferred—to design within content models, templates, and reusable blocks, guiding workshops and delivering actionable decisions that improve usability and conversion.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products and leading UX work.
• Hands-on experience with content management systems (WordPress preferred).
• Strong collaboration with UX, design, and engineering teams.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business goals into user journeys and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX direction across client engagements, shaping intuitive, scalable experiences.
