Job summary

The University System of Maryland Office is seeking a part-time Web Content Specialist to help develop and launch the new site on WordPress. You will migrate content, create pages, and ensure branding and accessibility align with the university’s standards.

You will write, edit, and publish content, collaborating with IT and Communications to ensure user-friendly pages and strong SEO. This contracted role runs through Dec 31, 2026, with potential renewal and required in-office time in Adelphi or

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience maintaining web content.
• Strong writing and editing with attention to detail.
• Experience with WordPress content management and page layout.
