Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors in Denver, CO, is seeking a digital content manager to maintain and publish pages across our global websites using WordPress. You’ll collaborate with the UX team to ensure accessibility, SEO, and strong user experience, while upholding brand standards and CMS policies.

You will work within a hybrid environment, using Jira to track tasks, analyze site performance with Google Analytics, and help drive online initiatives that improve conversions and cross-promotion.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• CMS experience essential, WordPress in an enterprise environment
• Advanced HTML, CSS knowledge
• Knowledge of search engine optimization and web usability standard methodologies
• Using workflow tools like Jira
• CRM tool experience such as Pardot would be helpful but not crucial
• Proficient in using Google Analytics
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in financial services is desired but not essential

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain content across multiple janushenderson.com websites using our CMS platform (WordPress).
• Ensuring expert delivery and deployment of changes to our portfolio of websites, while taking ownership and responsibility for maintaining brand standards, CMS policies, templates and regulatory approvals.
• Working with our UX team on page design to ensure content is delivered using digital best practice, from accessibility through to SEO optimization
• Keep the team informed on progress of tasks through Jira and proactively manage your own daily schedule.
• Support strategic updates as assigned by digital team members, gaining approval and acceptance ahead of publishing of pages to the production environment.
• Actively seek to identify and recommend tactical and strategic online initiatives to improve site conversion, customer experience and cross-promotion of content.
• Partner with technology to troubleshoot any issues with the CMS and look for opportunities to improve functionality.
• With a focus on site performance and improving the customer journeys, you will use analytics and your digital expertise to enhance the user experience of our global websites.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
