Qualifications

• Proficiency with Asana or similar PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, update, and publish content in WordPress, using Elementor where applicable.
• Ensure content adheres to brand standards and design templates.
• Review copy for clarity and grammar and collaborate with writers.
• Troubleshoot routine web issues and coordinate complex work with external partners.
• Coordinate content across multiple related websites and digital platforms.
• Maintain content trackers, databases, and libraries with accuracy.
• Document progress, deadlines, and next steps in project management systems.
• Support newsletters, roundups, and recurring communications.
