U.S. Bank is seeking a Digital Insights Program Manager to turn customer feedback into actionable insights that shape CX strategies and product roadmaps. You will design measurement programs, partner with multiple lines, and deliver dashboards and reports that reveal satisfaction drivers and growth opportunities.

This role emphasizes strategic analysis, storytelling with data, and strong collaboration across teams to drive measurable customer impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–8 years in project management activities.
• Experience in CX analytics, dashboards and insights.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and optimization of Voice of the Customer programs.
• Partner with product, marketing tech, researchers and leaders.
• Develop dashboards and insights on satisfaction and drivers.
• Identify gaps and enhance measurement to inform roadmaps.
• Synthesize data into actionable recommendations for priorities.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity across analyses and reports.
• Build partnerships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Translate complex data into clear, concrete actions.
