U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to define and drive the digital strategy for corporate and commercial client lifecycle management. You will lead research, ideation, prioritization and delivery of digital capabilities and automation across channels.

The role involves engaging stakeholders bank-wide, leveraging OKRs, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while balancing risk and compliance. A hybrid work model with in-office days is expected.

Qualifications

• Digital Product Management experience.
• Typically 8-10 yrs or more of experience.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across the bank.
• Knowledge of agile delivery lifecycle, Discovery, NSM, and OKRs.
• Ability to define and deliver digital product vision and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize building the right digital capabilities to maximize value for users and partners.
• Measure and optimize digital experiences for self-service and assisted interactions.
• Drive roadmap across products, platforms and capabilities for a unified experience.
• Engage stakeholders to align on vision, priorities and delivery plans.
• Support cross-channel integration (web, mobile, voice, in-person).
• Develop north star metrics linking business outcomes to customer value.
