Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with R/SAS is a plus.
• Experience with VoC and CX measurement (CSAT, NPS, journey analytics) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, integrate, validate and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Apply statistical methods to answer business questions and identify trends.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments.
• Develop reproducible analyses and dashboards using Python, SQL and BI tools.
• Present findings to stakeholders with clear insights and recommendations.
