• Collaborate with product, marketing tech, researchers, and leaders to align measures with business goals.
• Develop dashboards and insights on CSAT, experience drivers, and performance metrics.
• Identify gaps and enhance measurements for meaningful customer insights.
• Dashboards and storytelling to influence priorities and roadmaps.
