Job summary
U.S. Bank is seeking an Insights & Analytics Lead Consultant to partner with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Growth, Operations, Risk, Technology and Consumer Banking.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Six or more years of experience in analytics, statistics, business intelligence, or related disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Define business questions, success metrics, and analytical strategies with senior leaders.
- Lead complex analytics initiatives that support growth, customer experience, operational excellence, and strategic priorities.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and customer behaviors.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Lead experimentation, test-and-learn initiatives, performance measurement, and advanced analytics efforts.
- Develop executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reporting solutions.
- Drive reporting automation, modernization, and best practices across analytics and business intelligence.
- Mentor analysts and consultants while helping shape the future analytics strategy of the organization.
