Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. in the United States seeks a senior Digital Content Strategist to own the enterprise content roadmap across brand websites, retailer platforms, and AI-enabled search. Lead SEO/AEO initiatives, manage partner relationships, and define content standards.

You will collaborate with brand teams, drive content launches, measure KPI performance with Profound and other tools, and guide a DAM/PIM workflow while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in digital marketing, ecommerce, content strategy, SEO, or related fields.
• Strong KPI definition, performance analysis, and business recommendations.
• Deep knowledge of SEO fundamentals, content optimization, structured data, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Owns and executes enterprise digital content strategy across brand sites and retailer platforms.
• Leads SEO, AEO, and AI visibility strategy, including roadmap and agency direction.
• Manages relationships with SEO/AEO agencies and content partners.
• Defines content standards, copywriting, and metadata across channels.
• Leads creation and optimization of new content and retailer-specific content.
• Owns website content workflows and collaboration with brand teams on content changes.
• Manages content launches, approvals, dependencies, and retailer requirements.
• Sets digital content KPIs and analyzes performance to improve search rank and conversions.
• Monitors trends and translates opportunities into scalable standards and actions.
