You will own SEO, AEO, and AI visibility initiatives, manage agency relationships, and set standards for product copy, imagery, and metadata. You will lead content launches, govern timelines, and define KPIs to optimize discoverability, engagement, and conversion.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in digital marketing, ecommerce, content strategy, SEO or related fields.
• Experience setting strategy, KPIs, and translating insights into business recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, content optimization, and digital analytics.

Responsibilities

• Owns and executes the enterprise digital content strategy across brand websites and retailer platforms.
• Leads Flowers Foods’ SEO, AEO, and AI visibility strategy and execution, including governance and performance reporting.
• Manages relationships with SEO/AEO agencies and digital shelf partners.
• Defines digital content standards including product copy, imagery, metadata, and enhanced content.
• Owns content launches, timelines, and retailer requirements; ensures approvals and dependencies are addressed.
• Sets digital content KPIs and analyzes performance to improve search rank and conversion.
• Provides strategic oversight to DAM+PIM content operations and reviews.
